Day 12: Pineapple and Mango Smoothie

Today we are on a Cyclone Warning.  It is still at least a day away from us, but it's still making me nervous. If we were still on the east coast in our old home I wouldn't be nearly as nervous as I am right now. But because this is our first cyclone here in the Pilbara that is just adding to the unknown. We should be completely fine, but try and tell my nerves that!

Anyhow, today I am sharing a Pineapple and Mango smoothie. I used coconut milk again, it makes it feel even more indulgent when really it is under 300 calories per serve!

I hope you enjoy it.

 

Ingredients:

3/4 cup Mango
3/4 cup Pineapple
3/4 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup oats
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp flaxseed (linseed meal)
1 cup of Ice


Blitz in a blender and enjoy!
