Anyhow, today I am sharing a Pineapple and Mango smoothie. I used coconut milk again, it makes it feel even more indulgent when really it is under 300 calories per serve!

Ingredients:
3/4 cup Mango3/4 cup Pineapple
3/4 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup oats
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp flaxseed (linseed meal)
1 cup of Ice
Blitz in a blender and enjoy!
