Happy Mothers Day!

It's Mothers Day today in the land down under, but in our little family of 5 we celebrated it yesterday as hubby had to go back to work today. The kids showered me with kisses and pressies, B cooked pancakes and it was a perfect morning.

This morning the kids woke up asking if it was still Mothers Day, and to there delight I answered yes as we still have more Mothers/Grandmothers to celebrate in this family. Caden asked if we could bake cupcakes and invite Granny and GG over for morning tea. So Cupcakes are baked and morning tea is scheduled for 10am. Mothers day will then extend to Tuesday morning when Hubby visits his Mum and no doubt more cupcakes will be shared. Unfortunately my Nanna is to far away to share this day with in person, but she is a very special lady. Hopefully she has received her card and I will ring her later today.
