#DecemberDaily Days 1-6

This year I thought I join in with December Daily, you know because I have a great track record of keeping up to date with my Project Life Albums and all... but anyway. It's the 11th of December and I am pretty much up to date so I thought I better share them here (because you know if I don't then they didn't happen, right?) for posterity. And because, well I haven't really blogged in yonks!

And I've just realised that I don't have a picture of the second page for day 5... I'll share that when I upload days 7-14. 

Anyhow, I'm mainly using all the supplies from the Ali Edwards December Daily kit. I'll probably add a few different embellishments that I have in my stash, but I'd have to unpack it first (yep, I still haven't finished unpacking from our move last month).

Studio Calico Monthly Project Life Kit

Last year I started documenting our photo's with Project Life. I still haven't finished last years though as I only print photo's in large batches as I have to order them online. But a huge order of photo's arrived this week so hopefully I will get up to date soonish.

Anyway I've also been adding to my project life supplies slowly also and one way of doing that was buying a few kits. I'm a complete newbie with Project Life and really got into it after Talia started sharing about it more over at ASWC last year. 

But back to this kit, it is the monthly Project Life kit from Studio Calico. You can buy them as a subscription or on a month to month basis. I only bought a one off kit but now that I have received it I am planning to sign up for the subscription as I think they are really great value and they will enable me to add embellishments and accessories to my layout more easily as I am pretty clueless about where to start with those things!

Getting Started: Project Life

Talia has been blogging about Project Life over at And Sew We Craft every Thursday for a while now and she has really inspired me to start.

So off I went to purchase my supplies and then had to wait 6 weeks for it all to arrive...

But I finally have all my supplies together and can't wait to get started!
