McFatty Monday

Monday rolled around quickly this week. I did about 85% of what my diary said last week. Lets see if I can boost those numbers this week!

I needed some encouraging words this week though, I have been tired and overwhelmed. I thought I would share some of the words that helped me.

  1. Hi Amy - I know what you mean about being tired and overwhelmed. I am failing my Crash Hot challenge today, so my post is about trying to relate my values to what I'm doing. I need to do a bit of soul searching to find why Crash Hot is what I need to be doing. I love the 20 minute workout being better than a zero minute workout! I'm going to try and move for 20 minutes every day this week!

  2. I get it too. I think I have felt more stressed out and depressed these last few weeks than I have for more than a year. I am trying to channel my negativity into motivation. Sometimes it doesn't happen but hopefully it will!
