My One Day Dream

Hugh Fernley Whittingstall and his River Cottage empire has a lot to answer for. Watching him makes my dream of one day having our own piece of land big enough to be completley sustainable feel more urgent. To have vegie garden upon vegie gardens instead of the ones in pots. To have chickens that I have wanted for a long long time, but we just don't have the space.

Of course I have started to pin some inspiration for our future.

  5. Love that planter - is it a bathtub? Unfortunately I am not green-fingered at all, so I would require a gardener to go with that lovely house!

  6. Yes, damn that River Cottage and its wonderful sustainable living dream. I am in love with that corrugated tub for herbs and plants! How wonderful. Can I come visit your farmhouse when you get it?

  7. Now I can definately see the appeal of the farm especially in one of those gorgeous farm houses. Like I said - you build the farm and I will do the beach house and we can swap for holidays :) xx
