So yesterday was the last day of school holidays and I spent the day doing baking for lunches and completely forgot to post my Meal Plan for the week.
Monday: Chicken and Cashew Stir Fry
Tuesday: Lentil Hot Pot
Wednesday: Seafood Laksa (12wbt recipe)
Thursday: Chicken Veloute` Meal (Thermomix EDC)
Friday: Baked Fish and Sweet Potato chips.
Saturday: Spaghetti and Meatballs
Sunday: Slow cooker red wine casserole
Baking: Muffins

Sweetie you got a recipe for your Sunday dish the slow cooking one? As I have a slow cooker and only seem to use mine for Roasts although I do need to pull my finger out & check out some of my slow cooker cooking books
ReplyDeleteMy recipe changes all the time. But I just used some chuck/gravy beef, garlic (a few cloves crushed) vegetable stock (the thermomix one, but you could make that using your stovetop and a food processor) 1/2 cup red wine, water, root vegetables and an onion or two. I kinda just chuck it all in and hope for the best. It almost always turns out great.
