Scribbles

I have been doing something lately that I have never done before and that is actually planning out quilts before I make them.

Lots of scribbling has been involved...




And MATHS, who would have thought :P

I can't wait to translate these from paper to fabric. In the past I have always just winged my quilts, be it with charm squares, jelly rolls or just cut and sewn where and when I saw fit.

Do you do much planning before you start creating?

    Sometimes I plan before I create...but most of the time I just wing it :P
    Love the bottom photo...I'm looking forward to seeing that as a finished quilt :)
