{Party Planner} Lego Party

Caden's 6th Birthday is this weekend and we are having a Lego Themed party for him. So this week we have been trying to get things organised for that.

We have been building things with Lego

We've also been working on party bags and trying to figure out what type of games to play to keep a group of about 20-30 kids from the ages of 18 months to 8 years entertained for 3 hours.

These fantastic colouring in books are a printable from Cleo Livin' Life

One game we are planning on having is a guessing game for they kids and they are to guess how many Lego pieces in the jar...

Not sure how well that will go.

We are in the process of making a pin the sword on the lego ninja game. And Caden has requested that we play musical statues.
But do you have any other ideas for us?

What games do you think we should play?

  1. Great ideas! Could you have some Lego out to play with? Lego and spoon race (instead of the egg)? Treasure hunt to find Lego pieces to make a simple piece of Lego when collected and combined? Pass the parcel?

    1. Great ideas Emma! I am going to have to try and convince Caden that we won’t lose his Lego if we to those games. We are having the party in a park and he is worried that we will lose some of his Lego.

      Thanks for stopping by

  2. Oooh, my boys would love a Lego party.. I'm surprised they haven't asked! You could give older children ten little pieces of Lego each and challenge them to make something. Prizes give for coolest thing.

    1. I was considering doing that, Kate. But we are having the party at a local park and Caden is worried he will lose some of this precious Lego.
