yep, it was bloody freezing. Boxing Day 2005, it was closed too so we could only look through the perimeter fence.
How tempted were you to jump over the fence? I would've had to be held back :) Awesome photos!

Wow! Looks amazing. And cold. I didn't realise you could only get that close. I guess it makes sense.
You can actually get a little bit closer, but the gates were closed as we were there on Boxing Day... poor timing on our behalf, but we had a lot to cram in in a short space of time :)
Ah memories! I want to go back again.
So do I! I can't wait to take the kids there one day.
