Yep, last Monday night I didn't get to bed until after 11pm. That one wasn't entirely my fault. Miss Mahli was refusing to sleep. She finally called it a night at 10:45pm...
For the rest of the week I generally stuck to my 10pm bed time. And I am going to stick to it again this week, well expect for Christmas eve, I have a feeling that will be a late one.
The good news it that I drank at least 2 litres of water every single day! Go me.
I didn't get in all my workouts though, but did do the Nerd Fitness Body Weight workout 3 times and my pilates DVD once. And I was sore for the majority of the week! I am happy with that. I went from pretty much now form of exercise to 4 times in one week. I think I can give myself a pat on the back for that effort.
Well it is approaching my 10pm bedtime so I am going to leave it at that and schedule this baby.

Its hard isn't it Amy! I am hardly ever in bed before 10:30 and its so frustrating.
ReplyDeletewell done on drinking lots of water everyday. i hope that is making you feel good. I've been very slack on my water intake, I think its made me a bit dehydrated! Although I've lost a lot of weight this week so maybe not.
